1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Aimake Videos ("Service") at aimakevideos.com, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

Aimake Videos turns a photo into a short vertical video with sound for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You pick a trend template, or start from your own idea on the create page, and add a photo of yourself, someone who agreed, or your pet. You see the credit price before you start. A 15 second video costs 50 credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not expire. If a generation fails, its credits return to your account. Finished videos have no watermark.

3. Accounts

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when you create an account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
One person or legal entity may keep only one free account

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use, at support@aimakevideos.com.

4. Billing, Refunds, and Credits

Billing

Credit packs are one-time purchases, charged when you check out
Prices are in U.S. dollars
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay
We may change pack prices for future purchases
Failure to pay may result in the purchase not being completed

There is no recurring subscription. Buying a pack does not renew.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for unused credits only. If you have not used any credits from a credit pack, you can ask for a full refund of that purchase within 14 days of the payment by contacting support@aimakevideos.com. Once credits from a purchase have been used to generate content, that purchase is non-refundable, whether or not you are happy with the result, because the AI processing cost is paid when the content is generated. If a generation fails, its credits return to your account automatically. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Credits

Credits from a credit pack do not expire. They stay on your account until you use them.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos and text you submit
You grant us a license to use that content to provide the Service, including making the image or video you asked for
You are responsible for having the rights to anything you submit
You must not upload content that infringes someone else's intellectual property
We do not use your photos to train AI models

Generated Videos

You own the videos and images generated for you through the Service
We do not use your generated content for our marketing without your permission
Finished videos have no watermark

Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including the software, templates, and site, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
Generate misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
Create content containing hate speech, violence, or adult material
Create sexual, nude, or intimate images or videos of any person, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) and sexual deepfakes
Create any content that sexualizes a minor
Upload a photo or video of a person who did not agree to it, or make content that impersonates, shames, or harasses a real person
Abuse, harass, or harm others
Spam or send unsolicited messages
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service

Aimake Videos does not use Google APIs, or any other part of the Service, for AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery. We refuse requests for sexual or nude content, and we delete content and close accounts that break these rules. Report abuse to support@aimakevideos.com.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We work to keep the Service available, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service
We may modify or discontinue features with notice
We may refuse service to anyone
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Non-payment of fees
Abuse of the Service or of our staff

When your account is terminated, your right to use the Service stops. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days by writing to support@aimakevideos.com.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

AI-Generated Content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying generated content before you use it.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aimake Videos and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of others.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits
Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after the changes means you accept the new Terms.
