How to Do the Bicep Heart Trend With AI From One Photo
One waist-up photo becomes a 7 second bicep heart video. The template keeps the pose, and you do not write a prompt.
A bicep heart is a one-arm pose. You flex one arm, then set the other hand on the inside of that arm so the arm and the hand read as a heart. You do not need gym arms. The hand makes the shape.
Aimake Videos has this as a one-photo template. Add a picture of yourself, or of an adult who agreed to be in the clip. There is no prompt to write.
The pose the template keeps
The clip uses the common one-arm version:
- One arm lifts into a flex, with the fist beside the head.
- The other hand reaches the inside of that arm.
- The fingers curl over the top of the bicep and hold the heart toward the camera.
It is not two hands meeting over the head, and it is not a flex with nothing touching the arm. The template keeps that move, the room, and the camera. Your photo decides who does it.
The example follows an original reel by @kavithageorge.
The photo that works
Use one photo, and keep both arms in the frame.
- Waist-up or full body. A face-only selfie has nothing to flex.
- Face the camera. The clip ends on a look at you.
- Short sleeves make the arm easier to see. Long sleeves still work.
- Leave other people out of the photo, so the template knows who to follow.
- Use a photo of yourself, or of an adult who agreed to be in the video.
The template keeps the build in the photo. It does not add muscle.
Make the video
- Open the Bicep Heart template.
- Add the one photo.
- Read the button before you spend anything. This version is 30 credits for a 7 second video.
- Generate. You get a 9:16 MP4 with sound and no watermark.
If the generation fails, those credits come back. Credits you have not spent stay in the account, and they do not expire. Packs are a one-time purchase.
Before you share it
The sound comes with the template. Credit the original reel when you post the clip. Do not upload a photo of a child, and do not upload someone who did not agree to be in the video.
